Better Alignment = Better Golf Game

A golfer’s game may slowly erode due to an increasing rotation in his upper body. The rotation no longer allows him to follow through properly in his stroke, throwing him off balance and redirecting the ball. Once his major load joints (shoulder, hip, knee, ankle) are again aligned with each other and his hips and shoulders are level, his stroke becomes a fluid movement that feels like second nature instead of a the struggle he is experiencing.
